Dear Jean-Pierre,

I use a drop of 100% glycerol to mount fresh thick tissues, it should work with thin tissues. You could also try vetbond surgical glue

Best
Diego

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows about the possibility of mounting thin tissue sections without fixing the tissue. What would be a protocol for such samples ?
All the protocol I've found involve fixing.

Thank you.
