How many plex do you want to see?

1 um pixel size, 500x500 um area (5 um tissue section) in in 3.5 hours, 20 pixels per second (~250,000 pixels). See the paper for their plex.
For comparison, reference 8 (now GE's MultiOmyx) did 60plex by pairwise immunofluorescence in 30 days for one tissue microarray (most of the time each day being sample prep/incubations/washes).

Enjoy,

George
