I use these ones:

The seats are a little hard but the adjustable height seems to help with
eyepieces vs general tasks. The do have some cushioning and are non-fabric
so they handle general spills with no issues.

I liked these odd ones and got one to try:

I thought it was fairly comfortable as an alternative to normal sitting,
but everyone else I work with doesn't like it. @:-)
