It was me--(Fay Hansen-Smith, '69 MSU, Z&E grad)--saw a write-up of your
facility in one of the latest alumni bulletins--looks very interesting.
As a biologist, I don't keep up on what the physical sciences do with
confocals.  HOwever, as we probably have potential users (& supporters..)
in engineering & physics here on our campus, I'm interested in learning a
bit more about other
applications.  If you have a few articles by your group that you could
send, I'd like to keep them for reference & follow-ups here.
With regard to MSU, I am constantly amazed by the news I read about the
developments on campus--so much has changed since I was there as a
student.  AM planning a trip back there next year & may look up your lab
for a tour!
