Hello John,

I include in my mounting medium 5% n-propyl-gallate (Sigma) in a 1:1
glycerol:Phosphate buffer saline mixture. I have found this to work well
with FITC and TRITC fluorochromes. The anti-oxidant takes time to
dissolve at room temperature, so I make it up the night before I need to
use it.
