We purchased one and have been very happy with it. Image plates with
annotations (grayscale, color, or mixed) are quite easy. We work with
Photoshop and then FTP the files to the printer from the PC or Mac. The Mac
is also set up with a Chooser driver to print directly. The next software
release (date ??) is supposed to include password protection and accounting
utilities.
