I am currently using the confocal to examine atherosclerotic lesions in an
animal model. I would like to be able to specifically examine the
distribution of collagen within the lesion. Does anyone know of a specific
dye that will localize collagen, and can be excited with a krypton/argon
laser. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks
