Hi,
we have recently aquired a Leica TCS confocal microscope here at
University College Galway, and I am interested in corresponding with other
users of this particular model of confocal.

I would be interested in sharing optimization procedures for dual
labelling of samples, with particulat attention to choice of flurophores
given the filter sets available from Leica, and using an Ar/Kr LASER.

More generally if anyone has any infromation on which immersion
oil to use when your sample is mounted in MOWIOLL, i.e. to insure matched
refractive indexs, I would appreciate the name and address of such oil.

        Thankyou

        Sincerely Patrick Corley
