Michael, What format are the results in? If it is a file generated by the
machine, what is the machine species and what alternative output types
can you generate (eg. ASCII, Excel, etc). We use an SLM fluorometer and
have a calcium calibration program for dealing with the files from the
machine. You are welcome to it if it would help. In your local
environment you might try contacting Sergio Grinstein or Amira Klip. They
may have what you need. You might also look at anything left by Kevin
Foskett (i.e. talk to the people who worked with/for him) before he left
Toronto for Pittsburgh some months ago. Good luck. Chip
