 Dear confocalist:
 
Hi,
I would like to do FRET using fluorescence microscope(Leica) for study on
membrane skeleton of cell lines.
But I have few information about the technique.
 
 Well, Our lab have a plan to buy Image Analyzing system containg CCD camera
of Kinetic Imaging Ltd.
 
As I heard, CCD camera is necessary to do FRET. So, I would like to know
whether
our system(Kinetic/PULNIX TM765 CCD camera, Kinetic Imaging Ltd) is avalable
to do FRET.
 If not available, please recommend me what is best for it.
 And if possible, please inform of the people who can do FRET.
