Lets try this again.
 
I'm not familiar with Cell-Tak, but we have had good success with Bioptech
chambers for living cells.
 
I would suggest contacting Bioptech ([log in to unmask]) about the abillity
to keep cells in sterile conditions over long periods.
 
The Bioptech coverslip chambers can be treated as any coverslip before
growing or imaging cells.
