Our cardiomyocyte cell cultures, grown on gelatin coated coverslips
and fixed in 3% paraformaldehyde are lifting off the coverslips after a 30
min./4=B0C treatment with Na Borohydride. Can anyone suggest a more gentle
quenching protocol to solve this problem without significantly reducing
antigenicity.
Thanks in advance,
John N. Wright
