Does anyone have experience with software controlling a X, Y, Z stage and
simultaneously a CCD-camera?
 
I have heard of Image Pro Plus with the Stage Pro module, but this does
not work with Maerzhauser stages, and from what I heard, Maerzhauser does
not fully disclose the specs for their product. Ludel and Prior stages
would be compatible.
 
What scanning stage would you suggest (with or without software)?
