Dear confocalists,

I need to determine the centres of gravity (not the geometrical centres) of
foci obtained by confocal microscopy. I realize it is possible to obtain the
geometrical centres using NIH Image, by binarizing the images and skeletonizing.
Is there a procedure (in NIH Image or elsewhere) to automatically obtain the
gravity centres directly from my images, taking into account the grey level
information? Could I get the details?

Thanks a lot!

Ana
