Dear all,
 
I'm interested in making volumetric measurements of cells using a BioRad
MRC500. What I'd like to do first is calibrate the system to take into
account spherical abberations...
 
If anyone has any tips, suggestion or brainstorming ideas it would be
nice to hear from them...
