Hello all.
I would like to try loading these indicators on the wall of a blood vessel
which is made up of endothelium and several layers of smooth muscle. Any
suggestions/known problems about loading and what concentrations should I
start with?
The vessel wall is about 10 microns thick and most probably the
loading solution has access only to one side of it (the outside). Loading
temperature could be between room temperature and 37 degrees.
Thank you,
