        I do very much hope I can get to your meeting in Buffalo, but
geting your announcement also reminded me that neither Colin nor I have
heard anything about the book from the Taiwan conference that World
Scientific were publishing.  Is it going to appear?  If not I would
intend to submit my paper elsewhere.
