Has anyone successfully made quantitative measurement of reactive oxygen
species in cells? I recently saw a message on the list suggesting that a
lot of the available dyes are also sensitive to pH changes as well as free
radicles. I need to make confocal measurements in algal chloroplasts - any
suggestions?

thanks in advance
Anya Salih
