Does anyone have any tips or information on doing quantitative flourescence
imaging with the biorad mrc1000. The manual states that one should use
photon counting. It also states that the detector is linear up to 40
photons/pixel but does not tell you when there is more than 40
photons/pixel. If you have to change the laser power between samples to
maintain this level how are you sure that the laser response is linear.
