Dear Confocalists

Can anybody recommend any specialist manufacturers of high reflectivity
scanning mirrors for use in the UV (down to 200nm) and visible, in addition to
those I have tried so far (Melles Griot, CVI Laser and Oriel).

My non commercial confocal curently has two UV enhanced scanning mirrors from
Melles Griot. I have measured the reflectivity at 266nm at 45deg. incidence
and found it to be about 75%. This means that after hitting each mirror in
excitation and reflection I have lost 68% of possible intensity. I would like
to try and improve this by replacing the mirrors. If I can obtain mirrors
closer to 85% reflective, I will improve total throughput by 65%.
