        Hi all,

I would thank you for some help. I study desiccation tolerant
(resurrection) plants basically by TEM.
Now a colleague and I are interested in studying the vacuoles of
mesophyll cells from hydrated and desiccated leaves of these plants by
Confocal Microscopy. My colleague is used to the methods for animal samples,
but not for plant samples.
Would you please suggest us references for methods and for
fluorescent dyes for vacuoles, or maybe share with us your personal
experience with this kind of material?
Thank you very much for the attention,
        Estela
