Hi all,

We want to look at integrins labelled with FITC-conjugated
desintegrins in small rat mesenteric arteries using argon CLSM. The
tissue has to be fixed. 4% PA, even when followed by sodium
borohydride, produces a lot of nonspecific fluorescence. What other
fixatives can we use (membranes have to be well preserved)?

Thanks in advance

Barbara
