Yes, there is a program called ImageTool from University of Texas, I send you
a page of the instruction manual from where you can get information on how to
get the software.

The application, source code and SDK is available by FTP at:

No telephone support is available for ImageTool. The UTHSCSA provides a
mechanism for getting questions answered and for offering suggestions for
improvement and bug reports via a mailing list. To subscribe to the

This mailing list is not moderated.
