We have had the sense lately that we are getting more cross-talk of
fluorescein in the rhodamine channel when doing dual labeling then we used
to get.  Have people experienced the filters in the MRC600 needing
replacement at intervals? If so, what kind of interval?  Also, any insights
on Chroma vs. Omega or other filters if replacement needed.  Thanks- Dave
