Dear Guy,

Last week we installed the Huyghens System 2 software from Scientific
Volume Imaging ( developed by Hans Vandervoort).
This system is running on an O2 system from silicon graphics and after a
small problem with the O2 ( due to disk crash ) we started image
processing of confocal data.
Recording an image of 210 nm beads a PSF was generated and applied to an
image of DAPI stained nuclei. The results were great.
Although the price for this system is great also I feel to have made a
very good investment if biologist can perform this after a one week
training. If you like I can sent you an powerpoint slide file illustrating
this result.

Greetings,

Patrick
