Date: Sat, 20 Mar 1999 18:41:28 -0500
Organization: IRI / ASPP

We are only 6 weeks away from the conference. If you haven't already
registered, please do so as soon as possible.

The fee for the conference is $199.00 (registration will be waived for
members of the media) and includes the reception Thursday night,
continental breakfast on Friday and Saturday, lunch on Friday and
Saturday, dinner Saturday night and all conference materials (partial
scholarships are available).

Following is an updated conference agenda (the formatting will be off
because it is being emailed). Please review it and let me know of any
questions or comments you have.

We have assembled many of the nation's leading authorities on
initiative and referendum. There is no doubt that you will benefit
greatly by attending this conference.

Thanks again and I look forward to hearing from you.
