        I have setup a webpage which connects to my calendar and has worked well
for us for about 7-8 years.  It is CaLANdar from The Learning Company.  We
have a network license with 10 or 20 users and  can schedule up to 200
'resources' using this system.  unfortunately in visiting their site to get
the correct address for you I discovered that they are no longer supporting
the product or selling to new users.  Hope you hear of a comparable
replacement.  I have had great luck with this program.
