Hello Jacques,
I have looked into the configuration files for a Noran Odyssey XL,
we have two 60x objectives, and here are the values for the size of
one pixel in microns:
LENS_X_CALIB 0.1337410
LENS_Y_CALIB 0.1339208
LENS_X_CALIB 0.1288660
LENS_Y_CALIB 0.1292000
These values are set by a calibration procedure for each objective, so
it is individual for each objective. Your objective might have a
slightly different magnification.
