Dear Colleagues,
I have been using a version of ImageAXS that came with a scanner
for a few years. The program works nicely for cataloging images but I
there are two things I do not like about the software.
1) It takes multiple steps to find the location or path of the original file.
2) When the ImageAXS data base and original image files are copied to a CD
for storage using Adaptech's CD Creator, the file paths are not updated to
indicate the new location on the CD. This prevents you from viewing a full
size image from the Thumb nail view. Caere's answer to this problem was
to buy their CD burning software.
