The 2008 NW Regional Cytometry Meeting will be held this week at OHSU, March
13 - 15. 2008 NWRCM egistration is now closed. If you have registered you
should have received an info packet. If you haven't registered, and have a
late urge to join us, you are welcome - I just can't guarantee lunches and
Friday evening dinner. Below is a simplified sketch of the program. Note the
updated details on the ISAC-FICCS meeting and ImageStream Interest Group
dinner. Other details are in the brochure at *

Registration for the Amnis-sponsored ImageStream Interest Group meeting and

deadline on lunches and buffet at the 2008 NW Regional Cytometry Meeting is

Thursday, March 13

9:00am - 4:30pm ISAC-FICCS co-hosted meeting, 'Data standards and software
tools for high throughput cytometry'. Speakers include Janet Siebert
(CytoAnalytics), Kevin Banks (Labkey), Errol Strain (BD), Florian Hahne
(Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Institute), Raphael Gottardo (Statistics,
UBC), Peter Krutzik (Immunology, Stanford), and Jim Wood (Chair, ISAC Data
Standards Task Force). Working session focus groups are in the afternoon.

9am - 4:30pm FloCyte course, 'Intracellular Cytometry', taught by Dr.
Dorothy Lewis.

4:30pm - 5:30pm Panel discussion on Minimum Information Standards

4:30pm - 7:30pm Hors d'oeuvres, refreshments, poster viewing, and vendor
demos

6:30pm - 9:30pm Amnis-sponsored ImageStream Interest Group meeting and
dinner at the Marriott Riverplace, including Leigh Samsel, National Heart,
Lung, and Blood Institute. Registration for this meeting is at *

required.

Friday, March 14

8am - 6pm NWRCM talks and forums

6:30pm - 9:30pm Evening dinner buffet and refreshments at the Kohler
Pavilion, co-sponsored by Beckman Coulter. Remarks by Dr. Dan Dorsa, OHSU VP
for Research.

Saturday, March 15

8am - 5pm NWRCM talks and forums
