I run an LSM410 with Win 3.11 on a local network (NT server) without
problem.

I use the TCP/IP driver for Windows 3.11 (available free on the Web), not a
DOS driver.

For my ethernet card I use IRQ10, base address 0x280 and don't forget to
exclude some reserved RAM specific to your card (in my case X=D000-D3FF) in
your EMM386 device. If you want more details you can email me directly.
