Does anyone have a diagram showing the relationship between arrival of a
pulse on the external input to start linescanning (using yset collect 1 :
extern command) and the waveforms on the four outputs of a Biorad600? We
want to synchronize collection of linescans with a nerve stimulator. I would
like to trigger the stimulator with one of the Biorad outputs.

Has anyone calibrated the repetition frequency of line scans ie total time
between the start of one line and the start of the next line in linescanning
mode?

Thanks
