Dear colleagues,

some months ago the question concerning C. elegans nematodes for light
microscopy was raised. Microwave and chemical fixation
(acrolein/formaldehyde/glutaraldehyde) were suggested.

Can anyone provide a protocol or reference (or contact) for fixation
preserving GFP (YFP, etc.) fluorescence?

Cheers,

Guenter
