To get the most relevant comments, a few more details are required.
What are the cells on or in now and is this the only option?
Do you also need temp. control?
Are you adding anything to the cells while on the stage?
Are you using an inverted or upright scope?
and such things...

We need to regulat CO2 to our cell cultures while confocalling.
Does anyboy have recommendations for complete units or assemblages of parts
to make one?
