I-See, a product from Inovision, also performs deconvolution on UNIX
machines (Sun, SGI, etc).  It's a very nice complete package, designed,
really, for general image processing.  It's not pointed specifically at
deconvolution, at least as far as the last I heard, (about 1.5 year ago).
 
 
I'm not associated with Inovision in any way.
