Hi Gary,

I take it you are looking for an XY scanning stage with high precision
(repeatability) etc.
I can recommend Autoscan (http://www.autoscan.com.au/), an Aussie
outfit, who have DC motor 2 and 3 axis stages for most microscopes. We
have them on our Stereology setups in one Dept, and I believe there are
drivers for Bio-Rad confocals.  They are also working on some new
impressive 4 axis stages too ....

No financial connections ... etc.
