Dear All,

I would like to second Russell's reply. You certainly can scan ROIs
in the Leica software. I would only like to add that in addition to the ROI
button and the config buttons it is usefull to add the three region tools
and the select button. You will need the region tools to let you define a
cirular, rectangular, or free-from ROI. The select button allows you to
select an existing ROI and move it. I normally add all of these to a
toolbar on the side of the image viewer window. To keep them there
permanently, after adding the toolbar, go to settings>viewer> and click "add
active viewer", then check the box beside the active viewer.

Cheers,

Owen
