Pablo,
         We have a cooled monochrome Cooke Sensicam QE (Cooke 
Corporation) and a cooled color Retiga Exi (Qimaging) . We are very 
happy with both of them.
One thing you may want to keep in mind is that they are compatible with 
other softwares for time lapse.
