A simple e-mail to web system has been established for those in the
Kosovo area to post messages directly to the web for the world to
see. Please help forward this message to those in the Kosovo area.
Those on the ground in the Kosovo/Serbia/Yugoslavia are encouraged to
submit their posts to direct display on the web to:

As of the launch (Mar 24) it is not known exactly how this service
will be used.

This is a special mechanism to post e-mail updates from the
Kosovo/Serbia/Yugoslavia region to the web for the world to see.
There will be no attempt to determine the authenticity or the
accuracy of posts submitted.
This e-mail to web publishing mechanism is absolutely not designed
for discussion. No e-mail subscription requests will be processed and
all viewing must be done via the web interface.
To submit a report from the Kosovo area (no material copyrighted by
anyone other than yourself is allowed), send it directly to:

Those interested in discussing the matter should visit either the CNN
message board on the topic, the soc.culture.yugoslavia newsgroup on
