Dear Sabine,

With 0.1 um beads on Jon Lederer's microscope there was a reolution of
0.4 um (x-y) by 0.8 (z) with a Neofuor 63x 1.25 objective. This figure
is given in Cannell, Cheng & Lederer (Spatial non-uniformities in
Ca2+i during excitation contraction coupling in cardiac myocytes.)
